• To register as a ISO or LF Service Technician:

1. To register as a ISO or LF Service Technician, click on the Create Account button at the home page.
2. Enter your details and select ISO Employee option from the radio button option.
3. Select your Region, Country and Organization. If your organization or country is not listed, continue your registration as a Visitor and request access using the My Communities application on your home page. The approval can take upto 24 hours.
4. Click on Save.
5. An account will be created for you and password sent to the email used during registration.
6. The same e-mail account is your login for the portal.
7. Please remember to change your password after first time logging in.
8. As an ISO/LF Service Technician, you will have access to updated Service Documents, Manuals, Forum and Issue Tracking applications.

1. To register as a Visitor, click on the Create Account button at the home page.
2. Enter your details and select None of the above option from the radio button option.
3. Click on Save.
4. An account will be created for you and password sent to the email used during registration.
5. The same e-mail account is your login for the portal.
6. Please remember to change your password after first time logging in.
7. As a visitor, you have access to User Documents and Forums. Please feel free to send us your feedback!

• To register as a Life Fitness Employee:

1. To register as a Life Fitness Employee, click on the Create Account button at the home page.
2. Enter your details and select Life Fitness Employee option from the radio button option. Please note that you need a valid Life Fitness account to register as a Life Fitness Employee.
3. Click on Save.
4. An account will be created for you and password sent to the email used during registration.
5. The same e-mail account is your login for the portal.
6. Please remember to change your password after first time logging in.
7. Depending on your department, you can have access to Forums, Wiki, User and Service Documents etc.
8. If you wish to have access to certain communities, request for a subscription using the My Communities application on your Life Fitness Employee homepage.
